Returns
According to EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving the item. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items. While our original paintings are not customized per order, they are one-of-a-kind artworks, and returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
If the return is approved:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in return transit.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either via replacement (if possible), repair, or refund.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund if the returned item:
